RCB Crafts & Designs is a sole proprietorship company that manufactures handwoven products as base materials, such as Abaca, Raffia and Seagrass which are both sustainable and abundant in the province of the Bicol region. The community has lots of skilled women weavers, and RCB learned the craft from them.
Her business success must be strongly intertwined with her practical parenting skills and sheer love for bags. A medical technologist by profession, Rochelle Briones is very hands-on in every process of creating the handcrafted bags they sell. She designs their bags using local fibers and materials like abaca, raffia, and other fibers abundant in the region.
Success came her way as she began selling her bags through trade fairs and business conventions organized by the Department of Trade and industry. The DTI likewise assisted her company in developing quality products that the world market demands. The growing popularity of their bags can be seen in local retailer boutiques like Kultura in the Philippines for decades already. RCB also exports to countries like Japan, Brazil, Canada and Austria.

Mission – To provide high-quality, affordable, hand-made Filipino crafts, to both domestic and international customers while providing employment and livelihood opportunities in the Bicol Region.
